ขั้นตอนการดำเนินการ
● เมื่อท่านทำรายการสั่งซื้อสินค้ากับทางคลอเส็ทเรียบร้อยแล้ว ท่านจะได้รับอีเมลยืนยันคำสั่งซื้อของท่าน หากท่านไม่ได้รับอีเมลการยืนยัน กรุณาติดต่อมายัง Onlineshop.etcetera@klosetdesign.com
เปลี่ยนแปลง & ยกเลิกคำสั่งซื้อ
● ก่อนการกดสั่งซื้อสินค้า ท่านต้องทำการตรวจสอบข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขการให้บริการ รวมถึงข้อมูลการสั่งซื้อว่าถูกต้องครบถ้วนทางเราไม่สามารถแก้ไข เปลี่ยนแปลงหรือยกเลิกออเดอร์ได้หลังจากที่ท่านได้ทำการสั่งซื้อเรียบร้อยแล้ว
● ท่านต้องให้ข้อมูลที่อยู่ในการจัดส่งที่ถูกต้องและครบถ้วนแก่เรา เพื่อหลีกเลี่ยงข้อสงสัยดังต่อไปนี้ สินค้าจากการสั่งซื้อของท่านที่กำลังจะส่งไปยังที่อยู่ที่ท่านให้ไว้ รวมไปถึงชื่อของผู้รับ ทางเราไม่สามารถรับผิดชอบต่อการจัดส่งสินค้าให้กับท่าน หากที่อยู่หรือชื่อผู้รับไม่ถูกต้อง โดยอันเนื่องมาจากท่านกรอกข้อมูลไม่ครบถ้วนการส่งมอบทั้งหมดต้องได้รับการลงนามเพื่อยืนยันการได้รับสินค้าแล้วเราจะไม่รับผิดชอบต่อค่าดำเนินการในการจัดส่งอีกครั้ง

ระยะเวลาในการจัดส่ง

ค่าธรรมเนียมในการจัดส่ง
ประเทศไทย: จัดส่งฟรีเมื่อทำการสั่งซื้อครบ 2,000 บาทต่อออเดอร์ สำหรับออเดอร์ที่ทำการสั่งซื้อต่ำกว่า 2,000 บาท คิดค่าจัดส่งครั้งละ 60 บาท

Upon completing your shopping with Kloset and placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation. If you do not receive a confirmation, please email us at Onlineshop.etcetera@klosetdesign.com.
CHANGE & CANCELLATION POLICY:
Once an order has begun processing, changes or cancellations cannot be accommodated. We recommend reviewing the Terms & Conditions and ensuring all details are correct before finalizing your purchase.
PROCESSING & DELIVERY:
Orders typically take 1-3 business days for processing, excluding public holidays. Orders received on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. This processing time is in addition to the delivery duration.
TRACKING INFORMATION:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a comprehensive email including the tracking number. Alternatively, you can track your order through your account. For further assistance, please contact us at Onlineshop.etcetera@klosetdesign.com.
We strive to deliver your order within the estimated timescales. Nevertheless, occasional delays might occur due to unforeseen factors or events beyond our control. This could include travel disruptions, transportation delays, import hold-ups, or unexpected high demand.
