การคืนสินค้าและการเปลี่ยนสินค้า
สามารถคืนหรือเปลี่ยนสินค้าได้เนื่องจากกรณีที่สินค้าเกิดความเสียหายระหว่างจัดส่ง ส่งมอบไม่ครบถ้วน เกิดความบกพร่องกับสินค้าเท่านั้น โดยจะคืนในรูปแบบรหัสเครดิตสะสมเท่านั้น หลังจากเราทำการคืนสินค้าเสร็จสมบูรณ์ เราจะส่งรหัสเครดิตสะสมให้ท่านทางอีเมล
ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเปลี่ยน / คืนสินค้าในกรณีอื่นๆ นอกเหนือจากเหตุผลของความบกพร่องในสินค้าหรือการส่งมอบไม่ครบถ้วน

ข้อตกลงและเงื่อนไขสำหรับรหัสเครดิต
● รหัสมีอายุการใช้งาน 30 วัน หลังจากได้รับอีเมลแจ้งการใช้งาน
● รหัสสามารถใช้ได้หนึ่งครั้งต่อหนึ่งการสั่งซื้อ สินค้าที่มีราคาต่ำกว่ารหัสเครดิต ทางบริษัทขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการคืนเงินส่วนต่างทุกกรณี
● รหัสจะมีจำนวนเงินเท่ากับราคาสินค้าที่คืน และสามารถใช้ได้กับสินค้าราคาเต็มเท่านั้น
● ส่วนลดไม่สามารถใช้ร่วมกับโปรโมชั่นอื่น ๆ ได้รวมถึงรายการสินค้าในหมวดลดราคา (Sale)
● ออเดอร์ที่ถูกใช้กับรหัสนี้จะไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนคืนได้ในทุกกรณี
ข้อกำหนดในการคืนสินค้า
● ทางบริษัทฯขอสงวนสิทธิ์ไม่รับคืนสินค้าหรือเปลี่ยนสินค้า ยกเว้นสินค้าไม่ถูกต้องตามที่ลูกค้าสั่งหรือสินค้าเกิดความเสียหาย โดยสามารถคืนสินค้าภายใน 5 วันทำการ นับจากวันที่ได้รับสินค้า
● ป้ายสินค้าและป้ายราคาต้องอยู่ในสภาพที่สมบูรณ์ มาพร้อมกับใบแจ้งราคาสินค้าและกล่องบรรจุสินค้า
● สินค้าที่สามารถคืนได้ต้องอยู่ในสภาพที่สมบูรณ์ สินค้าต้องไม่ผ่านการซักล้าง สวมใส่ ไม่ผ่านการใช้งานและต้องไม่ชำรุดเสียหาย
● สินค้าลดราคา(Sale) ไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนคืนได้ทุกกรณี
● Kloset & Etcetera สงวนสิทธิ์ในการปฏิเสธการคืนสินค้าใด ๆ ที่ไม่เป็นไปตามเงื่อนไขที่กำหนดข้างต้น
● Kloset & Etcetera ปฏิเสธการชำระค่าธรรมเนียมการขนส่งหรือการเก็บเงินปลายทาง สำหรับการส่งคืนสินค้า เราขอแนะนำให้คุณส่งคืนสินค้าแบบลงทะเบียนการขนส่ง Kloset & Etcetera ปฏิเสธการคืนเงินสำหรับพัสดุที่สูญหาย ถูกการโจรกรรม หรืออยู่นอกเหนือการดูแล
● การคืนรหัสเครดิตสะสมจะดำเนินการภายใน 3-5 วันทำการ หลังจากเราได้รับพัสดุของท่านที่คลังสินค้าของเรา

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If a product is found to be defective upon delivery, the refund will be issued in the form of a credit voucher code. Once your return is processed, we will send you a credit voucher code via email, reflecting the same value as the returned purchased items.
We reserve the right to initiate a return or issue a refund in cases where the product has been damaged during delivery, exhibits a fault, or is found to be defective.
For returning an item, please contact our customer service team at onlineshop.etcetera@klosetdesign.com. Kindly note that exchanges are not facilitated at Kloset & Etcetera stores.
Terms & Conditions for credit voucher code:
● The credit voucher code is valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
● Each credit voucher code can be utilized only once per purchase. Should the new total purchase amount be lower than the value of the returned purchased items, Kloset & Etcetera reserves the right to withhold refunding the difference.
● Credit voucher codes are exclusively applicable to full-priced items.
● They cannot be combined with ongoing promotions and are not valid for use on sale items.
● Orders made using credit voucher codes are not eligible for further returns.
● After order processing, discounts cannot be applied. Kindly ensure that you apply the desired codes before completing your order.
Conditions for Item Returns:
● Ensure the return occurs within 5 days of receiving the item
● The label, safety seal, original sales invoice, and packaging must be intact for the return.
● Each order is eligible for return only once.
● Sale items cannot be returned.
● Kloset & Etcetera reserves the right to decline exchanges if the merchandise fails to meet the stated conditions.
● We do not accept carriage due or payment on delivery, and we do not cover delivery or exchange charges. We recommend using courier services with tracking for shipping.
● Kloset & Etcetera cannot provide refunds for parcels lost, stolen, or mishandled.
● Returns will be processed within 3-5 business days upon receiving your parcel at our warehouse.
● If you receive an imperfect item, please contact us at Onlineshop.etcetera@klosetdesign.com within 3 business days of receiving the item.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
We do not accept returns and exchanges on international orders.
